ABOUT MY BLOG

I've loved wildlife - and particularly birds - since childhood. Now I'm finally getting a chance to write about what I love. 

Chattering sparrows in your garden hedge. The yellow starbursts of dandelions. A glimpse of a fox slinking along a lamp-lit suburban street. Fat bumblebees in your flower borders.

We're surrounded by wildlife. Some of it is impossible to ignore; some of it can seem to be invisible; a lot of it is under immense threat, but it's all worth celebrating.

And that's primarily what I want to do in this blog. Celebrate the wonders of the wildlife on our doorstep.
